An innovative lamination process 
Applied pressure simultaneously on the entire surface of the datapage, the laminate bonding on a paper substrate is much more efficient while preserving the gloss of the laminate and the brightness of the gratings.

High productivity and autonomy 
Designed to be the most productive laminator ever released on the market, the PL200 laminates up to 1,500 passports without changing rolls.

High accuracy 
The passport’s position during the process is fixed for an optimal accuracy of the laminate register: repeatability of +/-0,1mm in both directions. The temperature is also very precisely controlled (+/-1°C) in order to provide reliable lamination conditions.

An optimal design 
Designed to limit tensions on the foil, to enhance quality of production and reduce waste of laminate foil, the PL200 has an ergonomic design and a user-friendly display.
