Starting October 1, IDENTIS North America Inc. will be the US and Canada operating company of Identis, with Richard Kane serving as CEO.
The new organization brings together the strengths and capabilities of Panini, Matica Corp. UbiQ and NBS, creating a broader platform for the North American market.
By combining technologies and expertise across the portfolio, IDENTIS North America Inc. will be able to offer customers a wider range of solutions from Panini, Credence ID and Matica.
The expanded portfolio will support applications across secure identification, payments and biometrics, giving customers and Partners greater access to complementary technologies through one organization.
This integration marks an important step in strengthening Identis’ presence in North America and creating new opportunities across the secure identity and payment landscape.
